About the Project

“Voices of the Next Generation” is an exciting youth exchange program aimed at fostering solidarity, volunteering, and social inclusion. Hosted by AUM, a youth association in Sighișoara, Romania, the project uses non-formal educational methods to empower participants and create a more inclusive society.

The program encourages young people to understand the importance of active citizenship, explore strategies for promoting social inclusion, and collaborate across cultures to build meaningful connections.

Goals

Building a better understanding of solidarity and its importance.

Exploring the role of volunteering in promoting active citizenship.

Developing strategies to support social inclusion within communities.

Participants profile:

Aged between 18 and 30 (youth workers or young people).

Motivated to engage in activities that promote solidarity, volunteering, and inclusion.

Have an interest in intercultural exchange and non-formal learning.

Want to collaborate with peers from different countries and cultures.

Project Details

The Erasmus + Programme will cover 100% of the accommodation, food and activities and will reimburse 100% of the travel costs for the participants – up to 309 EUR. There will be a participation fee of 40 EUR per participant.

There are 5 vacancies available (4 participants and 1 leader).
