Oleksandra Leonovych - Self-directed learning.

Danila Sviridov - Self-directed learning.

What were the biggest learning moments of the event for you?

Oleksandra Leonovych - Experiencing how challenging but also rewarding self-directed learning may be in practice.

Danila Sviridov - I think the most learning moment for me was the supportive environment that was created by both the participants and the organisers of the project. We were given the necessary conditions to learn and improve our skills in certain areas. I was also supported by the teamwork.

Do you have any plans to continue being active in the field? If yes, in which way?

Oleksandra Leonovych - Yes, I plan to continue using the SDL methods in my individual learning and in the youth work.

Danila Sviridov - The knowledge I have gained and this experience will definitely be utilised in the future as I work in a youth work environment and such knowledge and skills are essential to me.

Would you recommend this experience to your friends? If yes, why? If no, why not?

Oleksandra Leonovych - Yes, because a long-term training with 2 in-person sessions allows to dive deeper into the topic and build stronger connections with the other participants.

Danila Sviridov - I will definitely recommend this kind of experience and organisation to my friends. I believe that such events create a comfortable environment for learning and finding new friends and contacts.
