What was the main topic of the project?

Kristi Tobreluts - Creating wellbeing through art.

Laura Teder - Wellbeing through art.

Jannar Laar - Wellbeing through art.

Kevin Vahermets - Art and wellbeing.

Jette Viik - How to use art as a tool for mental well-being and how to express yourself through art and acting.

Aiki-Kerlin Paap - Main topic was art and wellbeing.

What were the biggest learning moments of the event for you?

Kristi Tobreluts - Art doesn't have to be just a pretty perfect drawing, it's just the reflection of what's inside of you.

Laura Teder - I've never done that much art related stuff in such a short period of time, I think that many of the workshops helped me to get to know myself better and also get to know different ways of doing art.

Jannar Laar - For me the biggest learning point was when we had to make our own workshops by groups. All the workshops came out so good and it just gave me such a great feeling and energy and im thankful I had a chance of being able to be in this exact project and take part of others creative workshops which developed my innovation.

Kevin Vahermets - That I quite enjoy dancing and that's also part of art.

Jette Viik - Sometimes just sitting down, listening to music and drawing a mandala is the best thing to do – it's relaxing and when it's ready you can look at the shapes and colors used to figure out how you actually feel. It's something I'll definitely do in the future as well.

Aiki-Kerlin Paap - The biggest learning moment for me were how many different types of art we got through. I learned how to create different theatrical plays, how to connect movement and art and of course expanded my knowledge on the topic of physical art.

Do you have any plans to continue being active in the field? If yes, in which way?

Kristi Tobreluts - I plan stay up to date, not lose contact with project partners and if possible, put hands on everything happening in my home town or abroad.

Laura Teder - Yes, I'd love to take part of more youth exchanges.

Jannar Laar - Yes! I will definetley take part in future projects either youth exchanges or training courses!

Kevin Vahermets - Yes, looking forward to next exchanges.

Jette Viik - Yes! Maybe not as a job, but as a hobby for sure. I'll keep expressing myself through art and painting.

Aiki-Kerlin Paap - Of course! I would love to participate in other projects to expand my knowledge on different topics. But also I am going to use this project in my every day life by using different forms of art to improve my mental health.

Would you recommend this experience to your friends? If yes, why? If no, why not?

Kristi Tobreluts - I would definitely recommend and I have already done so! It's unique way of learning, making friends, sharing experiences and cultures.

Laura Teder - Of course! It's an amazing opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, see different countries and try new stuff!

Jannar Laar - Yes for me it was one of the best projects by my experience! All these projects develop horizons, gives a chance to get to know more about yourself and also other new people and in the end gives u a unforgettable experience.

Kevin Vahermets - Yes, chance to make friends, learn about topics you care about and experience different cultures through language, food, drinks etc.

Jette Viik - Yes, absolutely. Even though I was sick for half of the project, it still taught me so many new ways of how to take care of your mental health. And meeting new people and making new friends from all around Europe is also something I'm very thankful for!

Aiki-Kerlin Paap - Absolutely, this project helped me in so many ways and I hope this kind of projects can help others as well. I gained a lot of new knowledge and memories that I will never forget and of course got a lot of new friends and connections.
